Use the owner dashboard to review reporting locations, machine status, visitor activity, security history, and the tools available under your active plan.
Reading the dashboard
Start with the overview, then open the relevant location, machine, visitor, security, or payment page for more detail. Available tools depend on your subscription and account permissions.
Use the available overview and account pages to review these items:

Actualiteit is belangrijk
Check the last-received or last-seen time beside a report. An old visitor count describes an earlier scan and does not establish who is present now.
Interpret freshness alongside the report timestamp:

| Live / Actueel | Received within the expected update window. |
| Recent gezien | Iets vertraagd, waarschijnlijk nog normaal. |
| Verouderd | Geen recente update; de terminal of regio kan offline zijn. |

Commandocentrum
Use the Command Center to review current reporting and decide what needs attention:
- Welke locatie heeft aandacht nodig?
- Welke melding ging af?
- Welke avatar, indien van toepassing, is betrokken?
- Welke regel werd geactiveerd?
- Welke actie wordt aanbevolen?
- Is de actie veilig, beschikbaar en ondersteund door machtigingen?
- Moet een medewerker dit eerst beoordelen?
Acties vanuit het Command Center gebruiken duidelijke labels zoals Waarschuwen, Uitzetten, Hier blokkeren, Overal blokkeren, Blokkering verwijderen, Ticket openen, of Logboeken bekijken.

Review protected locations in the dashboard’s Locations section. Check the reported region, perceel, machine status, and last update against the place you intend to monitor. Review subscription coverage on Plans & Payments.

Machinepagina

Use the last heartbeat and administrative status to interpret machine availability. An active machine is online for ten minutes after its last heartbeat, then offline.

Review the relevant dashboard pages when a machine stops reporting, a payment needs review, region performance drops, or a security action fails. Check subscription coverage and the last-received timestamp before taking action.

Open the public demo at flarocity.net/demo without signing in or connecting a terminal. Its locations, identities, markers, events, and telemetry are labeled sample data and are separate from customer accounts.

For a daily review:
