WatchTower cannot bypass Second Life permissions and depends on owner land, object, group, parcel, region, and estate permissions.

Hosted dashboard coverage, subscriptions, add-ons, and payment station records are handled according to the purchased package.

Alerts, tags, security actions, and support tools are owner-managed operational workflows.

Advanced security, staff roles, chat relay, adult access, and branding features depend on package and add-on access.
FlaroCity WatchTower is provided for owner-approved Second Life location monitoring, terminal reporting, visitor and region awareness, subscription management, staff support, security review, add-ons, and permission-safe owner workflows. You may use the service only for locations, machines, parcels, regions, groups, stores, venues, clubs, rentals, or estates that you own, manage, or are authorized to operate.
Owners remain responsible for their Second Life land, objects, parcels, groups, regions, estate permissions, payment station setup, terminal placement, staff access, support actions, and for keeping private credentials safe. WatchTower cannot override Second Life permissions and cannot make changes where the owner, object, parcel, region, or estate permissions do not allow it.
Plans, protected-location limits, hosted coverage, extra location packs, support tools, Discord alerts, staff roles, chat relay, adult access gates, custom branding, and extended history depend on the purchased package, active subscription status, and successful payment processing. One-time purchases, recurring subscriptions, add-ons, renewals, and payment station records should be reviewed by the owner before use.
Private setup keys, machine tokens, dashboard credentials, Discord webhooks, support details, payment records, visitor records, terminal status, and operational logs must not be posted publicly or included in screenshots. WatchTower may store and review account, machine, location, subscription, support, and event details when needed to provide the dashboard, troubleshoot issues, verify service status, or protect owner operations.
WatchTower is designed for real-time awareness, but service availability can be affected by Second Life platform status, region lag, object permissions, network conditions, maintenance, payment provider status, owner configuration, or third-party integrations. Support may request setup details, machine names, location information, timestamps, or screenshots, but should never require passwords or private tokens posted in public channels.
Access may be limited, paused, or removed for expired subscriptions, failed payments, unsafe use, unauthorized monitoring, abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or actions that risk other owners, visitors, staff, or FlaroCity systems. Refunds, billing corrections, and package changes are handled by manual review when needed and may depend on the product type, payment record, service status, and amount of active use.
