The WatchTower Terminal is the one-time machine purchase. An active subscription controls hosted dashboard access, location capacity, history, and the tools included with the selected tier.

There is no separate add-on catalog. Available tools are included according to the active subscription tier. If more locations are needed, select a tier with a higher location limit.
What counts as a protected location
A protected location is a parcel, store, club, event space, rental area, or region-management point that WatchTower monitors. Moving a terminal should update its location instead of automatically creating another billable location.
- Active — covered and receiving data.
- Stale — assigned but not reporting recently.
- Paused — intentionally disabled.
- Pending Review — needs owner confirmation.
- Over Limit — not covered by the current tier.
Payment Station
The in-world Payment Station accepts the exact listed amount for the WatchTower machine or selected subscription period. It records payer UUID, avatar name, amount, selected product, time, object, region, account match, and review state.
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Matched | The amount and selected machine or subscription match. |
| Pending Review | The amount or account match needs staff review. |
| Applied | The machine delivery or subscription time was applied. |
| Rejected | The payment could not be applied as submitted. |
| Refunded / Manual | Staff completed the resolution manually. |
Renewals and plan changes
Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless the purchase screen explicitly says otherwise. A downgrade does not immediately delete stored data; extra locations can be marked over limit or paused until the owner chooses which locations remain active.
Your terminal can remain in-world after service time ends, but hosted dashboard and API features require an active subscription.
Billing support
If a payment does not apply, open a support ticket with the Second Life transaction details, payer avatar, approximate time, amount, and selected product. Staff will verify the Payment Station record before changing delivery or subscription state.
