WatchTower uses a simple machine-plus-subscription model. There are no separately purchased feature add-ons. Tools become available according to the active subscription tier shown on the Pricing page.
Starter
Includes one protected location, machine health, people online, live region map, region performance, analytics, 90-day arrival and visitor history, Security Center records, settings, and support.
Plus
Includes all Starter tools for up to three protected locations, one-year history, Discord alerts, multi-location overview, payment workflows, and priority support.
Pro
Includes all Plus tools for up to ten protected locations, three-year history, Warn and verified Kick actions, the website-managed WatchTower Block List, Friends tracking, tags, avatar watch, and extended history views.
Réseau
Includes all Pro tools for up to twenty-five protected locations, five-year history, network-wide blocking, staff role management, custom branding, API and webhook access, multi-machine failover, and premium support.
Chat, access, and security controls
Where an active tier exposes these controls, owners must intentionally enable and configure them. Public chat relay is limited to owner-approved public local chat and does not read private messages. Account-age controls are Second Life account-age tools, not real-world age verification. Security actions always remain subject to Second Life land permissions.
History and retention
Each tier includes the compact arrival and visitor history stated above. Raw telemetry and high-volume operational data can have shorter retention periods, while billing, support, and security audit records may be retained separately for service integrity and disputes.
