Independent Second Life Service

FlaroCity WatchTower is an independent product and is not operated, sponsored, endorsed, or guaranteed by Linden Lab. Second Life and related names belong to their respective owners. WatchTower works only within the permissions and information made available by Second Life.

Authorized Use

WatchTower is for owner-approved location monitoring, terminal reporting, visitor and region awareness, staff tools, security review, subscriptions, and optional integrations. You may install or use it only for land, objects, groups, stores, venues, rentals, regions, or estates you own, manage, or are authorized to operate. You are responsible for required visitor notices, staff permissions, local laws, venue rules, and Second Life policies.

Acceptable Use

Do not use WatchTower to stalk, harass, discriminate, impersonate, secretly monitor an unauthorized location, collect data for unrelated advertising, evade Second Life permissions, expose private records, distribute credentials, disrupt a region, probe the service, submit malware, commit fraud, or abuse payment, support, security, or redelivery systems. Access may be limited or removed to protect users, visitors, infrastructure, or third parties.

Machine, Subscriptions, and Linden-Dollar Payments

Features and protected-location limits depend on the active subscription tier. The WatchTower machine is a separate one-time purchase and includes the service period stated at purchase. Purchases are made in-world in Linden dollars unless a current FlaroCity listing clearly states otherwise. Check the product, price, payee, avatar, included features, duration, and renewal terms before paying. Do not pay repeatedly while delivery or activation is pending.

Delivery, Renewals, and Refund Review

A confirmed payment may deliver a WatchTower machine, activate subscription time, or create a delivery job. Second Life, region, network, inventory, or bot conditions can delay fulfillment. Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless the purchase screen expressly says they do. Delivered digital products and used subscription time are generally final except where applicable law requires otherwise. Verified duplicate charges, incorrect delivery, failed fulfillment, or account-time errors will be reviewed for redelivery, correction, replacement, or refund.

Owner Responsibility and Credentials

Owners control terminal placement, land and estate permissions, staff access, security actions, integrations, payment-station setup, and configuration. Keep dashboard credentials, setup keys, machine tokens, and Discord webhooks private. WatchTower cannot override permissions or guarantee that a configured action will be available in every parcela, region, estate, or platform condition.

Operational Data

WatchTower may store account, machine, location, visitor, access-list, action, subscription, payment, support, and event records needed to provide the service. Optional chat relay and Discord alerts process information only when the customer enables and configures those features. Handling and retention are described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and Changes

Real-time awareness can be affected by Second Life status, region lag, script limits, permissions, network conditions, maintenance, payment processing, customer configuration, or third-party integrations. Features may be corrected, updated, limited, or retired. FlaroCity aims to preserve valid purchases and records but does not promise uninterrupted service or a guaranteed service level.

Safety Decisions and No Guarantee

WatchTower provides operational information and permission-safe tools; it does not replace owner judgment, human moderation, emergency services, or professional security advice. Alerts may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis, without a guarantee that it will prevent griefing, loss, access, or other incidents.

Account Status and Support

Access may be paused or removed for expired access, failed payment, unauthorized monitoring, unsafe use, abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or risk to users or systems. Contact private support before filing a dispute so payment and delivery records can be reviewed. Never send a password or private token in a support message.
